  • Delivery within two working days, as a maximum, for the parcels of Cairo and Lower Egypt governorates, either for governorates of Upper Egypt within three working days.
  • In case of requesting a full car, the company will be notified a day in advance to book the appointment.
  • The company reserves the right to contact its customers to facilitate the delivery of parcels and maintains customer’s data for marketing reasons and evaluation of its service.This data is subjected to the privacy policies and according to the company policy it is not permissible to disclose it expected to the competent authorities.
  • For the parcels that have to be collected and paid to customer to the company’s policies, they areas follows:
  • In case of the customer's requests to receive the amount in VODAFONE CASH or any electronic wallet, the transfer take within one working day.
  • In case of the customer requests that the amount be transferred to his bank account if it was“Alexandria bank” “Emirates NBD” the transfer will take within one working day.
  • If it is in other banks, the transfer will take within 3 working day of delivery.
  • If the amount is received from the branch, it will take within 48 hours.
  • The company policies do not have options for prepayment of parcels that have just been collected.
  •  In case, the parcels late for the scheduled delivery date, compensation will be made by the company that will pay half the value of the shipping charges.
  • The company is not responsible for delaying or delivery due to lack of date clarity or failure to respond to the second side on the phone.
  • In this case, the parcel will be deposited in the branch for delivery, according to the client's desire, for a maximum period of one week (7 days).
  • The returned parcels for free charge in case it cannot be delivered and the shipping fee is charged only once from the sender.
  • In case that the shipment cannot be delivered, it will be deposited for maximum period one week in the branch inside the delivery space, then returned to the company’s main warehouses and returned to the customer.
  • If it is not received for a maximum period of one month, the company is not responsible for the shipment.
  • In case that the receiver refuses to receive the contents of parcel, the expenses for returning it will be at the customer’s account.
  • The company is not responsible for cases of breakage or damage unless the parcels are wrapped with the company’s knowledge or through the branch and unless it is affixed to the parcel a breakable sticker.
  • In case the the content of the package are damaged or broken, compensation is paid by the company in the amount of 300 pounds. Regardless of the actual value of damages,except in the case of additional insurance.
  • The company has the option to choose the insurance on the shipment in conjunction with Suez Canal Insurance Company, according to the invoice price attached to the new product shipped.
  • In case that the amount of the exposure is disbursed according to the insurance policy and for the customer’s account from Suez Canal Insurance Company.
  • The company is not responsible for the delay due to force mature, such as accidents, rain or something like that.

Things not allowed to be transported:

  • Firstly: Everything violates the Egyptian law
  • Secondly: Liquids or something like that, and within the limits of what is permitted, one hundred milliseconds,provided that they are sealed.
  • Thirdly: All that is required for permit to be moved or shipped is required for the customer to issue permits.
  • Fourthly: Pets
  • The company is not responsible of the transportation of money, precious metals and something like that, and compressed gas and something like that for example, lighters.
  • In case of the customer requests that the amount be transferred to his bank account if it was“Alexandria bank” “Emirates NBD” the transfer will take within one working day.
  • If it is in other banks, the transfer will take within 3 working day of delivery.
  • If the amount is received from the branch, it will take within 48 hours.

  • The company has the right to accept or reject the package, to inspect it and to check its content if there is a need for that.
  • The price of the shipment is determined according to its weight and farthest and according to the final shape of the shipment.
  • The company reserves the right to amend, change or add other services at separate rates from the shipping service and advertise it to its customers through the branches or the company's website.
  • The company's promotional and marketing offers are acquired right to stop the promotion or cancel it at any time on any client without giving any reasons.
  • The electronic receipt of the shipment is considered accredited and acceptable to the company,it is the place of the paper receipt.
  • All branches of the company and the cars are monitored with cameras for security reasons.
  • The customer declares full responsibility for package’s contents and acknowledges his ownership, in case there is a dispute about it, the company is not responsible and is not aside to the dispute.
  • Sending the shipments considered the same as the customer agreeing to the company’s entire policies, and it is not permissible to refer to the company with any right what was mentioned in the previous terms.
  • All company representatives carry an “ID” card, and the customer can view it and verify his identity.
